Can you fill higher prescriptions?
More than likely, we can fill your prescription! Please feel free to send over a copy of your prescription to hello@paireyewear.com and we’ll let you know if we can accommodate your prescription. If not, we’re happy to offer you other options!
How long does it take to receive an order?
Your order will be shipped approximately 5-7 business days after receiving all of the necessary information, and will be delivered to you approximately 3-9 business days after it is shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on your province. Please feel free to visit our FAQ article "How much does shipping cost?” for express options.
Can I return my order if I don’t like them or if they don’t fit?
Of course! We offer a 30-day money-back warranty on every Pair! If there’s anything about your Base Frame or Top Frames that you’re not quite happy with upon arrival, we are happy to accept a return or exchange—no questions asked. To begin this process, please visit our Returns portal. If you need additional help, feel free to reach out to our customer service team!

Do you offer progressive lenses and bifocals?
Yes, we currently offer progressive lenses as a lens add-on to any of our frames. If your prescription includes ADD values, that means your order has Progressive lenses. We currently do not offer bifocals but all bifocal prescriptions can be made as progressive lenses which are a more modern alternative to bi-focals without a line in the lenses.
What does blue-light filtering do?
Blue-light filtering is a fantastic lens add-on for anyone who spends a lot of time in front of computers, cell phones, or tablets. Blue-light can be harmful to the eyes and cause fatigue - this add-on can help with that!
Can I use insurance on my order?
We accept most HSA and FSA cards as payment methods at checkout! If you don’t have an HSA or FSA card, up to 80% of insurance companies will reimburse you for the cost of our prescription Base Frames. We recommend reaching out to your insurance company to find out their specific requirements, and then downloading your itemized receipt from your order details on the My Orders page.
