How do I join?
You can opt in to become a Pair+ member by completing a purchase online and selecting the Pair+ option at checkout. Once your order has been placed you'll automatically join our exclusive monthly membership! Please note: Pair+ is available to US customers only.
Does Pair + have a monthly fee?
Your first month is free. 30 days after your first purchase, you'll be charged $30/month that becomes store credit in Pair Points unless you Shop or Skip before your next payment date. Your monthly payment date is the anniversary of your initial payment, i.e. You signed up March 8, your next payment will be charged on April 8. Pair Points can be used to shop anytime and expires in 365 days.

How long is the membership?
There is no commitment on your end! You can pause, skip or cancel at any point your membership.
When do I get charged?
You'll be charged $30 on your subscription anniversary, which will then be converted to 300 Pair Points visible in your Rewards history.
For example: I subscribed to Pair+ on March 8, so I'll be charged every 8th of the following month.
How can I use my credit?
You can use your store credits by logging into your account. If you forgot to do so before, you can also log in during checkout.
Your store credit is aggregated with your Pair Loyalty Points. You'll be shown the number of points available and the corresponding dollar amount at checkout. You can use as many points as you want - no minimum purchase required. Enjoy!
How do I cancel my membership?
You can easily cancel the membership by logging in into your rewards page, clicking "manage membership" and choosing "cancel membership" in the menu. Just select the reason for cancellation in the menu and click "cancel," and that's it.
You can always reactivate your membership by logging back in into rewards and hitting the "reactive membership" button.
